From this inspiring conversation, Enthousiasmos draws a new issue, exploring the art of sake, Japanese jazz kissa, the music of Lucio Battisti or Haruomi Hosono, not forgetting the cinema of Ozu or the vibrant memories of Philippe Zdar… Let’s finish with a secret pasta recipe provided by Sons of Raphael!
