Abandoned Italy (Broché)

Suspended between beauty and decay, this photographic journey reveals the forgotten and hauntingly beautiful heritage of Italy.

From crumbling Moorish castles and abandoned psychiatric hospitals to deserted film sets, forgotten nightclubs and vast empty churches, this book explores Italy's hidden and neglected places. Each site captures a fragment of the country's past, where time seems to stand still and grandeur meets abandonment.
Through powerful, atmospheric photography, the book offers more than a visual exploration, it reflects on the fragile future of this overlooked heritage, highlighting both its beauty and its vulnerability. The result is a deeply immersive experience, inviting readers to step into spaces rarely seen and to rediscover Italy from a strikingly different perspective.
