À l'occasion des 50 ans du festival Wattstax, Craft Records vouspropose de retrouver l'intégralité des performances du L.A Memorial Coliseum et des concerts plus intimistes du Summit Club, avecla plublication de'Wattstax 72 : The Complete Concert', édité sous forme d'un somptueux coffret limité 6CD et 10LP. Wattstax était au départ un concert de charité pour commémorer le 7ème anniversaire des émeutes de Watts (1965) avant de devenir un show légendaire de 7 heures rassemblant plus de 100 000 spectateurs.
