Ce coffret réunit quatre CD retraçant les débuts majeurs d'Avishai Cohen, enregistrés entre 1998 et 2001, une période charnière marquée par sa collaboration avec Chick Corea. Adama (1998) introduit une fusion audacieuse entre jazz contemporain et musiques du Moyen-Orient. Devotion (1999) dévoile une écriture plus introspective et spirituelle, enrichie de cordes et de voix. Avec colors (2000), Cohen adopte une approche synesthésique, où harmonies et rythmes évoquent des paysages visuels. Unity (2001), enfin, incarne pleinement sa vision d'un jazz global, engagé et multiculturel, portée par l'international vamp band.
